Fones will not accept any returns unless a returns authorisation number (RAN) has been issued and included in the returned items. Any returns or exchanges without a RAN will be returned to the sender.
If your handset is deemed faulty ‘out of the box’ then you have 5 days (from the date of delivery) in which to tell us about this and ensure the product is returned to us with all its original contents. We provide a 1 year limited warranty on all devices purchased from us.
