    Once again the promised delivery time not met. Was also promised a screen protector and phone cover which I never received. Querries on chat function being ignored. Getting very frustrated with this company.

    the phone is great! works well and everything seems good. the downside is that you get an American adaptor for the charger so that sucks and also it came within 12 working days so be patient.

    I am happy with the phone itself but I am dissatisfied with the customer service. The phone came late (15 working days) and I has to follow up on day 10 because the status was still showing “Dispatched from supplier”. The phone was not sent with a tax invoice and I requested it the same day (Thursday). Today is Wednesday and I am still waiting for the tax invoice. Not sure why you request a billing address when you don’t send a billing document. I need a tax invoice for my purchase!
