    I think this is my one complaint. All the time! It turns on in my pocket and starts dialing keys. I think it’s the double tap to turn screen on feature. But I guess I’ll have to turn that off. Other than that it’s a really fast and good phone. A little heavy though. It came brand new and works perfectly.

    Finger print seems fine. Battery life isn’t the greatest but phone lasts all day and charges quickly. I’m no phone tech but meets my standards. For some reason my video recording doesn’t always work. But it could be something I’m doing.?

    Absolutely awesome phone. Battery lasts all day worth of actually using the phone. The camera is gorgeous and takes really good pictures and videos. It has plenty of space and ram so you can pretty much run whatever you want with it. Overall it’s just a great phone.

    I upgraded from a S10 to this S20+.
    Lots of new stuff to learn yet. Just hoping that this one last me as long as my S10 did. Which was 4yrs. Battery doesn’t quite last me all day, but then again, i hardly ever give it a break. Lol

    This phone was well packaged and secured. I’ve had this phone 3 weeks. So far very pleased with eveything about it. I love the the size of…it dosen’t get lost down inside my purse. Plus I can make so many different font sizes. I’m a senior over 70 years and the phone is not difficult for me. (LoL) I’ll update, if there are any changes.

    I had two A-51s and both were slow. I went to a Samsung S-20 (Galaxy) and was extremely impressed. This phone is faster and cost a bit more than my A-51, but the cost increase was worth it. Great phone, so far.

    I’m glad my A-51 fell in the toilet!

    Should have known better than tobuy a electronic item like this cheap. I’m one of the few lucky people who can use their phone at work and my old galaxy 9+ still has better battery life than this 20+. So don’t buy one of these thinking it will be better.

    Dislike: No headphones, after I labelled the 9H tempered protective sticker on the screen, l can’t use fingerprint recognition.
