If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for a valid reason, we’re here to help! We offer free exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different copy of the same product.

When Can I initiate a return/ refund?

  1. You received a wrong product
  2. You received a damaged product on delivery
  3. You changed your mind or You don’t like the device (This reason carries a 15% handling charge & only applies within 3 days of receiving the device.)
  4. You changed my mind after making payment (This reason carries a 10% admin charge and applies only when you have not received the order.)

What I can’t return

  • Physically damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Non intact items with no original packaging
  • Items which whose accessories are lost or damaged
  • Items with visible signs of wear and tear

How do I start to return an Item?

How long will it take to get a refund/make a replacement after I return an item

The replacement/ refund period starts from the day the item is returned. The returned device is picked up by our delivery person replacement will be processed within 10 working days

Can I return a product after the stated timeline expires?

You will not be able to return the products and the return attempt will be rejected

All items are under 12 months warranty.

Can I return accessories?

We do not offer warranty or refunds on accessories and add-ons such as pouches, screen protectors, earphones etc.

If the return timeline expires. You are entitled to free service as guided by the warranty conditions.

When can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel an order within 8 hours of making the purchase.
